Old Towne Lodge has all three room types. The studio is the one to read carefully. It has no nightly rate at all. It is sold by the week at $325 and that is the whole of it. There is no nightly studio price on our rate card and none to work out from the weekly one.
New Leaf Properties has run motels in Twin Falls since 2005. Eric Watte owns and manages them. Every property in the group that has a single charges $250 a week for it, and every property that has a double charges $275.

A week in a single is $250. Four nights bought one at a time is $260. A week in a double is $275, and four nights at the nightly rate is $300. If the stay is six nights or more, the week is the cheaper way to buy it.

Every competitor figure here was read on that business's own website on September 2, 2026 and is attributed to that site. These numbers move. Check theirs before you decide anything.
Blue Lakes Inn is publishing two different weekly figures at the same time, so we are printing both. The $360 sits in every page title and meta description, which makes it the figure that shows up in a search result. The $480 is what the visible copy and the FAQ say, and $360 appears nowhere in the text of the page. Both were live on September 2, 2026. Quietly picking the higher one would make our column look better and would not be true.
A fifth business, SureStay by Best Western Twin Falls at 1260 Blue Lakes Blvd N, publishes no weekly, monthly or extended stay rate anywhere, and its rate filter has no extended stay option. Its booking engine quoted $144.32 to $184 a night for 1 to September 2, 2026. That is one date's live quote, not a rate card, and it will read differently tomorrow.
On longer stays, Canyon Springs publishes monthly rentals beginning at $1,100 a month and Blue Lakes Inn publishes monthly rentals beginning at $1,600 a month, both as of September 2, 2026. Our published rates are the nightly and weekly ones above. For anything longer than a week, call and ask.
Where our number is not the lowest
On September 2, 2026, at $250 our single was the lowest published weekly rate of the four in Twin Falls. That is one room type on one dimension, and here is everywhere else the answer goes the other way.
- Our studio week is not the lowest. $325 is above the $295 Canyon Springs advertises for a week and above the $315 a Motel 6 week comes to at their published weekly nightly rate. If a studio is what you want and price is the whole decision, call them first. Checked September 2, 2026.
- Canyon Springs Extended Stay, 1357 Blue Lakes Blvd N, publishes "Rates as low as $45 a night!" on their own site. That is below our $65 single. Checked September 2, 2026.
- Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay publishes "As low as $53/night when you book a month!" on their own site. That is below our $65, and on their page it is tied to booking a month. Checked September 2, 2026.
- Motel 6 Twin Falls publishes no rack rate at all. Their own booking engine quoted $95 a night for 1 to September 2, 2026, and $56 to $61 a night for 14 to October 15, 2026 at the member rate, against a struck-through $64 to $69. Those are live quotes for named dates, not a standing rate, and chain prices move daily. We are not going to call that their price.
What our number is good for is a week in a single or a double. It is a rate card, so it is the same number for a stay in October that it is for a stay tonight, and it is not built out of the dates you type into a form.

Somebody between places to live who wants a week at a time and does not want to sign anything.
What is on foot from the door
Walking times were measured on the real pedestrian network on September 1, 2026, not drawn as a circle on a map.
Twelve places to eat are within walking distance. Four of them are a three minute walk, and the three we can name are Yellow Brick Cafe, The Twin Falls Sandwich Company and Slice. A post office is one minute's walk. The nearest pharmacy is two minutes, and six pharmacies are in walking range. Columbia Bank is four minutes, one of twelve banks and ATMs on foot. Maverik is eight minutes. Twelve groceries and corner stores are in range, seven staffing and job service offices, which matters if the reason you are here is work, and four laundry businesses.
On the laundry: of those four, one is a laundromat and the rest are dry cleaners and a carpet cleaner. The laundromat is Magic Suds Addison and it is 26 minutes on foot. Walgreens on Blue Lakes is 27. If you do not have a car, plan for that rather than finding out on a Sunday.

Canyon Springs and Blue Lakes Inn both state no credit checks in their own FAQs, and both take bookings by phone or text with a waitlist form and no booking engine, as of September 2, 2026. Motel 6 runs its own booking engine as well as taking calls. If a booking engine is what you want, that is a fair reason to call them instead of us.
